Monthly maintenance kicks in from here. Need a copy change or a new image? Just email us. One hour of updates per month is included.
Your site needs to live somewhere, and it needs someone to look after it. The monthly plan covers that. Without it, there's no support, no updates, and no guarantee your site stays live. It also means you've always got someone to email when you need a change made.
Changing text, swapping an image, updating a phone number or address, adjusting a button. What's not included: new pages, design changes, new functionality, or anything requiring significant development work. We'll always flag anything outside scope before we touch it.
No problem. Any work beyond the included hour is billed at $150 AUD/hr + GST. We'll always confirm scope and cost with you before we start.
Once you've reviewed the site, send us your feedback in one consolidated email covering both design and copy. We action it and send an updated preview. That's your one round. Additional revision rounds are billed at our hourly rate.
Good. You keep ownership of it. We'll send clear instructions to point it to your new site. You'll need access to your domain registrar, for example GoDaddy, Crazy Domains, or Namecheap.
Yes. Additional pages are scoped and quoted separately. Get in touch and we'll send a custom quote.
Yes, with 30 days written notice. If you cancel, your site will go offline at the end of the notice period unless you arrange alternative hosting. We're happy to help you migrate if needed.
